Self-Cleaning Alutec Technology
MCZ’s patented Alutec material ensures the combustion chamber self-cleans, maintaining brightness and enhancing flame beauty. Processed at up to 300 °C, Alutec uses a high-alumina formula to create a chemical reaction that keeps the chamber clean.
Simplified Cleaning
The self-whitening refractory material makes cleaning simple while maximizing flame visibility. Perfectly calibrated cleaning air keeps the glass clear and ash-free. The spacious ash drawer collects unburned ash efficiently, reducing the need for daily cleaning.
Easy Installation
MCZ’s QBox insert simplifies installation with a 150 mm smoke outlet pipe (200 mm for the QBox 100), fitting various setups. The door handle is on the right but can be reversed if needed. With depths of only 41 cm for smaller models and 46 cm for larger ones, it offers one of the market’s smallest footprints.
Standard Ventilation
All MCZ QBox inserts come with powerful, quiet front ventilation for optimal heat distribution. Users can adjust the ventilation with two power levels or set it to automatic mode. Airflow can also be directed upwards if necessary.
